Refund policy

EXCHANGES ONLY
At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we’re happy to assist with an exchange for a different size of the same item.

TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE
    •    The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
    •    All tags must be attached.
    •    The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

To begin an exchange, please email support@yusmabcollection.com with your order number and the size you’d like instead. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
