PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we’ll always do our best to assist you in locating your order.
